agree with that…..This group is for you. Deeper dives down into the message from the previous week to discuss it more in detail. This group gives everyone the chance to ask questions, challenge the beliefs, and find out what other people thought. As with all of our groups at Sunnybrook, they are very relaxed and comfortable so don’t feel like there is any pressure or that you have to talk.
